Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their business can improve their customer experience.
As a Mobile Sales Executive, you'll help to provide integrated, cross-platform mobile solutions. IBM has become a leader in this space because we've developed effective mobile products and services aimed at helping our customers. You will support and grow new business with IBM’s current and new customers. You'll manage business relationships to ensure that our customers' needs and requirements are met. This will require you to serve as their advocate within IBM while collaborating with other IBM teams to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of mobile solutions and options. This is a client-facing business role requiring deep technical expertise, proven business ability and a broad base of industry contacts.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifies,qualifies and develops opportunities for selected Business Solutions at target accounts or region/territory
Works with GBS Partners and Associate Partners to close deals
Identifies opportunities for brands across IBM related to the solution
Use in-depth understanding of solutions and implementation approaches, including understanding typical structures of business processes and architectures used by the respective industry.
Use in-depth knowledge of the IBM solution, its underlying value proposition and implementation approaches.
Identifies and discusses issues with the client, and then works the IBM team to develop a proposed alternative based on the IBM solution and outline the implementation approach highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies.
Outline the total business value of the solution to the client, rather than relying on standard benefits of bundled point products and services.
Integrate IBM and Business Partner mobile products, services and solutions for the client.
Successful employ the consultative selling approach to C-level executives
Use skill and experience to craft solutions beyond packaging of single products or services.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5years experience in selling mobile/digital
5years experience working for an agency
Proven sales track record
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
8years experience selling digital/mobile solutions
