Watson IoT Platform is designed to simplify cognitive IoT development so you can harness the full potential of the Internet of Things.

Who you are:

  • Individual contributor with revenue goals for Watson IoT Engineer and Engage portfolio of solutions (On Premise and SAAS)

  • Experienced in Enterprise Software Solution Sales more than 10 years

  • Primary focus on IBM Continuous Engineering/Collaborative Lifecycle Management offerings

  • Secondary focus on IoT Industry Solutions (Engineer and Engage portfolio)

  • Ability to independently own a territory and generate target revenues

What you will do:

  • Generate demand, qualify and progress opportunities, negotiate pricing and contracts

  • Provide qualified and timely sales forecasting

  • Maintain high levels of customers satisfaction

  • Ability to work in highly matrixed environment with good interpersonal and teaming skills

  • Flair for marketing and digital presence to generate mindshare

  • Territory Management, Account Management & ability to engage C level IT and Business executives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Sellers with 10+ to 14 Year’s experience in SaaS Selling

  • Expert in selling Enterprise Software solutions and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions

  • Proven evidence and experience in "hunting" - creating demand

  • Experienced in Software Development Lifecycle concepts

  • Experienced in selling ALM solutions at least 3 of the following - BFSI, Telco, System Integrators/ISVs, Automotive and Defense customers

  • Experienced in engaging with business and IT C Level Executives

  • Evidence of teaming across matrix organization and with ecosystem

  • Awareness of IoT Technologies
