Who you are:

  • You will drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering.

  • Responsible for growing it into delivery-focused roles, and progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

  • You will work across Service Delivery Lifecycles to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for our clients

What you’ll do:

  • Setup SAP Solution Manager for green field projects.

  • Able to come up with Technical design, implement and deploy required functionalities of SAP Solution Manager to achieve defined business goals.

  • Have skills in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 process, design, setup and deployment of its ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Components

  • Support SAP Solution Manager environment during post go-live and steady state operations

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Solman Mandatory Configuration, Managed System Setup and Technical Administration

  • Technical Monitoring (System Mon, PI Mon, BW Mon, Job Mon, UXM, Integration Mon, Exception Management, HANA Mon), Business Process Monitoring, DVM and E2E RCA

  • Change Control Management (ChaRM and QGM)

  • Service Desk and IT Service Management

  • Experience in at-least one or more areas of - Requirement Management, Process Management, Test Management (CBTA & BPCA), Project Management, Custom Code Management.

  • Ability to carry out root cause analysis on Solman issue.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • SAP Basis Experience for Solman Installations and version upgrades

  • Solman Integration with 3rd Party Tools for various use cases

  • SAP Certification on SAP Solution Manager 7.2

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

  • Proven ability to work creatively and forward thinking in a problem-solving environment;

  • Proven communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
