The Automation Developer will focus on automating manual, repetitive tasks via automation technologies such as Blue prism. Interacting with subject matter experts (SMEs) from all areas of the organization, the role must leverage solution documents and information from SMEs while configuring automations, creating transparency and adhering to audit controls in a highly scrutinized environment. The Automation Developer works closely with local and international operations and process SMEs to iteratively configure RPA solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
-Automation experience on the process and technical side - RPA, VBA, java, .net
-Demonstrable skills in developing automation
-Excellent communicator, in particular, negotiating the scope of solutions with stakeholders
-Experience delivering solutions based on consistent processes and policies
-Understanding and proficiency in technical areas such as basic programming, APIs, advanced analytics, process modeling, HTML
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
-Broad understanding of applications and tools used at IBM such as Quote to Cash, Global Asset Management or Global Sales Incentives
-Some previous experience in application or implementation support domain
-Previous experience in shared services or process outsourcing is a benefit
-Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methods and practices
-Process minded, good presentation and communication skills
