Job Description

Q2C Professional:

  • General expertise and knowledge in some IS processes and of overall processes in Quote to Cash Operations;

  • Perform and support customer services activities, including (but not limited) problem investigation, resolution and client engagement;

  • Responds to audits support requests and business control engagement at the direction of the Squad Leader;

  • Collaborates with the team to help set funnel priorities via two way communication with clients/sellers.
