General expertise and knowledge in some IS processes and of overall processes in Quote to Cash Operations;
Perform and support customer services activities, including (but not limited) problem investigation, resolution and client engagement;
Responds to audits support requests and business control engagement at the direction of the Squad Leader;
Collaborates with the team to help set funnel priorities via two way communication with clients/sellers.
