Who you are:
You will deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, and application design and management to leading sector organizations.
You will focus on application design, rule development or process architecting.
Responsibilities include Use Case Analysis, solutioning, design and implementation of PRPC ( Pega Rules Process Commander) . Business Applications and Rules within the BPM (Business Process Optimization)/ CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Suite and integration between the BPM/CRM suite and supporting applications and extensive experience using Pega PRPC and Pega framework, developer proficient with the Pega implementation cycle, including tool installation, business application and rules development, business process modeling, testing, and deployment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Should have 5+ Pega development experience with team leading experience.
Experience in working in Agile Project, Disputes/ Case management workflow advantageous
Should have End to end solution implementation experience, design/ architecture oversight responsibility.
Must have proven understanding of the BPMS (Business Process Management System) methodology and the main features of BPMS workflow capabilities their features and limitations.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Certifications on Pega CSA (Certified System Architect), Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) would be an added advantage.
