Trusteer, IBM Security labs in Tel-Aviv, is seeking a proactive and bright individual that wishes to lead the privacy activities of the company as it serves the world's largest financial institutions and prevents advanced malware threats and financial fraud.
As Trusteer's Privacy Lead, you will help build and maintain Trusteer's privacy positioning, both externally with Trusteer's customers and regulators, as well as internally, with Offering Management, R&D and Operations.
Define market needs in terms of regulatory and process compliance, define relevant requirements as part of product roadmap development
Drive adoption and maintenance of existing or new Privacy Regulations (e.g. GDPR) compliance across the Trusteer suite of software products
Ensure alignment of documentation or product requirements based on customer data privacy and security needs for cloud-based products (e.g Data Handling Guides, DPAs, etc)
Collaborate with Sales, Tech Sales Engineers, and enterprise customers to respond to RFPs, risk assessments, and other customer questions in the area of privacy, security and compliance
Interface with customers, sales, and legal teams during the contract phase of the deal process on matters of privacy and compliance
Work with internal Trusteer teams on matters related to privacy and compliance, and serve as liaison with other IBM teams on these matters, including Legal and Offering teams
Maintain a knowledge base for privacy, security, and compliance issues that serves as the focal point for the technical sales teams
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3 years + experience as a product manager / project management in a regulated environment (preferably financial) - Experience with one of the following: PII / PCI / SPI / PHI etc
Experience in a SaaS software development organization
Ability to perform tasks independently
Ability to work in a matrix environment - work with people from different functions and get things done.
Good interpersonal communication skills and written communication skills (English)
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment with rapid project cycles.
Availability during some non-standard working hours to coordinate with time zones abroad where needed
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Computer Science / Engineering degrees a big plus
Legal background a plus
Experience managing small groups (1-2 people)
