Trusteer, a part of IBM Security Group, is seeking an Enterprise Tier1 Support Engineer.
Act as a technical focal point for Trusteer customers, reply on the phone,Chat and use our customer relationship management system to update tickets/customer info
Post Sale – Troubleshoot and conduct in-depth analysis of Trusteer systems and possible causes of issues to resolve customer problems
Use virtual environments in order to replicate issues as part of your on going support tasks.
Act as "first mile support" to provide all necessary information to escalation team. Serves as interface for other organizational units in the company
Work in a highly international environment.
Full Time position (5 shifts per week)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Fluent English and excellent customer facing and communication skills (verbal and written) – MUST
1 years of experience in a technical support role – MUST
Technical troubleshooting ability
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to understand flows and provide creative technical solutions
Other qualifications: multi-tasking, self-learning, highly motivated and a team player
A Bachelor's degree
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
• Other languages
• Thorough knowledge of Windows/MAC/Linux/Android operating systems
