Requirements:

Related degree, diploma

Fundamental understanding of the Java platform and other information technologies in general.

Fundamental understanding of Cúram out-of-the-box business process flows.

Fundamental understanding of system testing Cúram out-of-the-box.

Experience in building consensus amongst business and technical stakeholders for effective problem solving

Experience in analysis of business processes, test approaches, defect management.

Proven analytical and problem solving skills in planning and high level design of creative solutions to meet business requirements.

Experience in trouble-shooting and performing Root Cause Analysis of Cúram application business process issues.

Experience in software development life cycles, application Release Management and software development methodologies.

Proven ability to establish rapport with application delivery teams, business users and the client organization.

Proven leadership skills for motivating a service delivery team to focus on meeting client requirements.

Proven project managment expertise.

Fundamental business development skills to explore new market opportunities for Cúram and beyond.

Fundamental understanding of Watson Care Manager

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 3 years experience in IT

At least 1 years experience in Curam of which one year is with Version 6

English: Fluent

German: Fluent
