Job Description

As a IVR Tester you will • participate in phases of the Testing lifecycle

• •support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's Degree. Preferably graduate of a technical faculty (Computer sciences, Math, Electronics, Cybernetics etc.)

At least 3 years of experience on testing.

Knowledge on IVR testing is required.

Great communication skill, both Spanish and English.

Be able to work in a client facing environment.

Expecting Hands-on where the testing is required to be carried out during US hours while Offshore is unavailable.

Strong understanding of SDLC Lifecycle processes including QA methodologies.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Passionate about Testing and learn new technologies
