The Infrastructure Specialist position is responsible for administering IT infrastructure in ECMoC environments, configuration of equipment, building virtual machines to specified requirements for application implementation, and managing operating system support, resolving defects and issues, reading system logs and analyzing data for problem resolution, and implementing CIS security requirements into the architecture. The position is required to be well-versed in all aspects of the infrastructure architecture as it pertains to ECMoC technology in order to support and advise on proper procedures, automation techniques, and problem resolution.
The Infrastructure Specialist will ensure that accepted industry practices are performed in the ECM environment provisioning and mitigate security gaps exposed during security scans and penetration tests.
Advise the Lead Infrastructure Specialist on environment issues, problem resolution of customer environments issues, change request/service request remediation and status.
Perform as an Infrastructure Architect in the build and provisioning and decommissioning of ECMoC environments supporting both internal and external clients.
Candidate is required to have strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong and effective team skills, and the ability to perform professionally and accurately under pressure from demanding customers, aggressive timelines and in support of critical situations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years of system administration experience
3+ years of other IT experience
Experience in multiple aspects of infrastructure, operating systems (Windows and Linux)
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service
Technical knowledge and experience in multi-discipline areas
