The Role:

Our Infrastructure Services sales people are lucky enough to sell some of the world's most innovative IT consultancy solutions. You get to interact directly with clients in a wide array of areas. You will work both with IBM teams and independently, rapidly assuming direct responsibility for maximizing existing and new business opportunities, within Infrastructure Services.

Principal Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for reaching or overachieve targets and goals connected to Infrastructure Services sales to both Enterprise and Commercial customers.

Working with various sources you will develop new sales opportunities and drive them to closure.

Engaging with cross-lines of business within IBM and be a driving force to deliver the best solution to your customer.

You will be responsible for the whole sales cycle, from developing a new opportunity to ensure the opportunity is successfully closed.

Have a strong personal drive and take a personal interest in everything you do, putting your client first, being prepared to take on challenges, solve problems and work with your team to get things done.

Build your network of contacts both within IBM and your client base, making yourself the go to person for your specific field.

You must have strong communication skills and be able to present complex concepts, designs and solutions, verbally and visibly.

You will always be well informed and through personal development you will be able to articulate changing trends in Infrastructure Services and as a Service offerings.

Social Media will play a big part in how you engage, interact and influence your clients.

Qualification and Experience

You must have a proven track record of 2-3 years in IT sales, as well as demonstrated account management.

You must have demonstrated skills in sales pipeline progression and accurate forecasting, using CRM systems.

You will demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Organisational, multitasking and attention to detail skills are key.

A high level of energy, initiative and commitment is required to enable you to work in a fast moving and challenging environment.

You will be able to show evidence of your professional development through, courses, certification forums etc.

You have an excellent Social Media presence and can demonstrate how you use social media tools in your sales role.

You must have native or near native level of Swedish as well as a cultural awareness of Sweden.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven track record of 2-3 years sales, preferably in IT
