IBM Watson Health team is now seeking a Client Executive to cultivate our Provider business in the South of England, this includes leading into market for our Government, Value Based Care, Oncology, Genomics, Clinical Trial Matching and Imaging solution portfolios.
The candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, and demonstrate success in developing qualified leads and closing high value, emerging business opportunities within the Health and Social Care sphere, including health systems, social programmes, payers/providers, clinical commissioning groups, Government, and employers.
As a Watson Health Client Executive, you will:
Be inspired to educate the market on our offerings and relentless in your pursuit of new customer and revenue
Be able to translate and articulate the benefits of a technical solution in the language and context of the customer's potential outcomes
Identify and qualify leads and sales opportunities
Manage our partner ecosystem in the region
Develop and manage relationships with qualified prospects
Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of the IBM Watson Health solutions
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
Demonstrate our product in person and remotely
Preferred Candidates will possess the following:
Knowledge of, and experience selling into, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary healthcare environments across Middle East & Africa, experience of the complexities of selling into organisations, at a macro and micro level.
Proven consultative sales solution skills, including ability to articulate return on investment value
Proven technical aptitude, ability to translate concepts for any given audience
Strategic account planning and execution skills
Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform
Ability to maintain productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in consultative selling
Experience in applying collaboration and involvement with client
Knowledge of, and experience selling into, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary healthcare environments across the Middle East & Africa ; experience of the complexities of selling into the organistaions, at a macro and micro level.
Experience in developing compelling value for Cloud solutions
Experience leading proposal development
Experience in developing win strategy
Experience in advising clients/potential customers on the value of Cloud-based industry solutions
