The Identity and Access Management Architect contributes at the team, organization, and enterprise level. The IAMA is comfortable developing software as a member of a team of developers, providing leadership to other team members as necessary. The IAMA can also represent the organization on technical matters, comfortably dealing with management as well as members of other organizations. Additionally, the IAMA helps set technical direction for the entire enterprise working with executive management and other technical leaders as necessary.
Exceptional IAM architecture, design, and programming skills.
Demonstrated experience in implementing enterprise architectures, platforms, policies and procedures for identity management.
Experience in developing high volume commercial applications.
Experience in conducting technical product evaluations of products costing into the millions of dollars and with multi-million-dollar ramifications.
Operations experience and how it feeds back in to software and systems development able to provide leadership to Operations teams.
Broad knowledge of multiple technical disciplines such as networking, data center operations, operating systems, web technologies, build/deploy, open source software products.
Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure.
Serves as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives.
Experienced with stakeholder management.

Related Technical Certifications
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Experience in working international deployment roles
At least 8 years’ experience in professional services focused on systems integration
At least 5 years’ experience in working within a particular security domain
CISPP, CISM certification preferred
