IBM Watson Health - Clinical Trials Management Commercial Lead in Dallas, Texas

Job Description

The Oncology and Genomics Clinical Trials Management Commercial Lead is responsible to define, develop and deliver the commercial/market facing aspects of our Watson Clinical Trials Matching solution. Specifically, this role will lead our overall approach in commercializing the CTM solution, defining sales segment targets, serving as product subject matter expert and scaling the solution with our general Watson Health sales team. This role works across Watson Health and IBM to collaborate with cross-discipline teams to achieve this objective.

· Define where we will play and how we will win in the market space

· Shape market evolution and be accountable for market results

· Develop end-to-end offering business plan; including pricing and profit

· Serve as product subject matter experts supporting broader Watson Health sales team

· Own sales message, sales decks and coordinate with marketing on marketing plans

· Scale and enable offering throughout global Watson Health sales team

· Deep knowledge of existing CTM systems in the context of Oncology.

· Previous experience in commercializing CTM SaaS based platforms.

· Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.

· Ability to influence agenda of discipline leaders and project manage across disciplines

· Align stakeholders both internally and externally and serve as spokesperson for segment

· Recognized Oncology leader/expert in essential technical domains

· Direct research to assess market size / profit pools, prioritize segments, and determine competitive differentiation

· Outline business model and determine cross-discipline resource and investment requirements

· Shape direction of design and development work across Units

· Define routes to market, demand generation approach, resource requests

· Drive agreement on which services will be provided and how they will be fulfilled

· Ability to lead and motivate direct and indirect teams.

· Ability to frame market boundaries, identify and prioritize discrete segments

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· 3+ years EMR experience

· 3+ years health care experience

· 3+ years experience (or equivalent) Oncology industry

· 5+ years in Product Management

· 3+ years engaging Csuite leaders

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

· Advanced degree
