IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is hiring a Content Strategist/Content Technical Analyst with subject matter expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other adobe technical solutions. Join our North America Customer Platforms consulting team and work with some of the world's most essential companies across a variety of industries.
The strategist/content technical analyst will be the bridge between our architects and developers and our clients' internal business teams and design agency. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the design agency on what they can realize in their customer experience designs based on the capabilities of the underlying experience platforms (e.g. AEM) and functional services. The strategist will be responsible for our clients' template and component inventory, specifying each, and defining the workflows for business authoring in the CMS/broader platform ecosystem.
This is a "hands-on" CMS role that necessitates the individual to be familiar with AEM or another component-oriented CMS platform (Teamsite, Sitecore, etc). Additionally, this individual should have experience in content operating models. This team member will also perform some UX-oriented BA-like functions to guide the platform implementation team on the expected behaviors of the designed solution.
This individual will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients and will be required to travel up to 75% or 4 days a week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 2 years in a client facing role that involved interacting with technical business teams and design agencies.
At least 2 years experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or another component-oriented CMS platform (Teamsite, Sitecore, etc)
At least 2 years work experience as a consultant
At least 2 years experience in full-life-cycle implementations of systems
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 2 years experience in a User Experience Business Analyst role guiding and implementing platforms
Digital agency experience working hand-in-hand with creative and user experience design teams
