The Healthcare & Life Sciences Associate Partner (AP) in the Global Security Services Center of Competency (CoC) is responsible for the growth and management of all facets of the security services business, primarily by using this global position and perspective to assist the local geographies to sell and deliver Security Services to HCLS clients. This requires demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership and delivery leadership in enterprise security strategies and IoMT security solutions within the Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. Ability to provide global practice leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and innovation.
The HCLS Security AP must have demonstrable knowledge and experience with Healthcare and Life Sciences security issues, challenges and associated emerging solutions, including medical device security. In addition, must have knowledge and experience with designing, selling and delivering security solutions in the following domains: design and deployment of technology and solutions in core domains: IAM; Application and Data security; Infrastructure and Endpoint; Security Intelligence, Security Operations Center (SOC) concepts, processes, and SIEM tools and techniques. Must also be well versed in regulatory compliance and security certifications. Must have a conceptual understanding of the security common body of knowledge (topics relevant to information security professionals around the world).

Ability to serve as an advisor on HCLS security solutions
Ability to shape client expectations
Ability to work with Global Complex Solution Sales teams to develop proposals, estimates and contracts
Ability to lead global and diverse teams in project delivery of complex security projects in varying degrees depending on project complexity and geography needs
Ability to help resolve complex project delivery issues
Ability to work in a matrix management model
Knowledge and some experience working with emerging healthcare security technologies
Knowledge of leading practice incident management processes.
Knowledge of prevalent healthcare device (and IoMT) environment threats and vulnerabilities
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA NIST, ISA, ISO 27000 Series, PCI, GDPR)
Experience in documentation of solution requirements, design (technical and functional) and test cases
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 10 years of experience in management consulting and systems integration in a professional services firm or in a company related leadership role, with extensive healthcare focus
At least 3 years of experience leading HCLS Security projects
At least 3 years of hands on experience implementing security solutions that include: strategy, documentation, design and deployment
Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions
Experience working with Security practitioners
Readiness to travel 50-75%, including international travel
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 15 years of experience in management consulting and systems integration in a professional services firm or in a company related leadership role, with extensive healthcare focus
At least 5 years of experience leading HCLS Security projects
At least 5 years of hands on experience implementing security solutions that include: strategy, documentation, design and deployment
