Generate and propose initiatives
Generate indicators and reports for their collective analysis with other areas.
Give support in processes for defining schemes of benefits and their implementation
Elaborate proposals and update politics of benefits and personnel managements as well as the related processes.
Ensure the continuity of the benefits management processes and the compliance of the service levels.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Expertise in Ms Excel
Experience in meetings and reunions.
Advanced english level
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Expertise in SPSS
Experience in benefits - HR areas
