The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the execution of European Business Unit professional hiring in line with Global demand planning and strategic objectives. The provision of tactical leadership, management and mentorship for clients, Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and IBM sourcing channels (AgileTA, Strategic Sourcing).

Collaborate with cross-BU Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs) to drive Global Talent Acquisition transformation agenda.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage European Professional hiring for business unit(s) supported

  • Project management and design (when applicable) in effective hiring processes/staffing plans to meet changing business needs

  • Directly manage resources and execution for European hiring

  • Function as single point of contact for the business, HR, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders

  • Preparation and delivery of monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews for deep dive on recruiting performance and activity for business & stakeholders

  • Use agile principles to execute demand to forecast backlog and fulfill hiring targets.

  • Providing leadership, appreciation, coaching and evaluation to recruiting teams

  • Work with Sourcing team and Leaders to ensure successful differentiated hiring is achieved with improved client and candidate experience

  • Partner with business and finance/HR to align on methodologies and accuracy of WFP and headcount management

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Previous related experience in Talent Acquisition/Staffing

• Previous experience managing and leading recruiting teams is complex/matrix environment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar degree/or work experience

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Background in multinational environment and similar positions
