SERVICE MANAGER

Within the IBM Client Innovation Centre our professionals offer high level engineering consultation service and ensure the operation of business critical IT systems of different customers.

We are looking for a Service Manager to manage the contract between with our customer. If you are interested in the coordination of customer related operational issues, have a good sense of customer care and experience in handling complex customer requests, than this is an outstanding opportunity to advance in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the Customer related operational issues, with having the business impact and good sense of customer care as priority

  • Keeping contact between the Customer and service operations, understanding the Customer needs

  • Understanding the full technical scope of the systems operated for the Customer

  • Ability to bring the Customer point of view into technical issues Customer relationship (Single Point of Contact in operational issues for the Customer)

  • Ensuring stable operation and operational quality for the Customer with proactive control

  • Monitoring and reporting of contractual quality (OLA, SLA)

  • Customer specific workflow control (if a Problem, Incident or Change affects more internal or external teams/partners, SM coordinates the activities)

  • Daily review on Incidents

  • Daily administrative tasks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ability to technically coordinate and control

  • Customer oriented attitude

  • Fluent English knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills on both business and technical level

  • 2 years general IT experience

  • Experience in coordination of small teams (on temporary basis)

  • Ability to document and track his/her work accurately

  • Stress resistance

  • Clean criminal record (Erkölcsi bizonyítvány)

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Fluency in Hungarian

  • IT knowledge in the field of Infrastructure

  • German language knowledge
