As a Designer, you'll share knowledge and collaborate with your team to address ambiguous, complex problems and projects.
You'll apply IBM Design Thinking and methods to uncover user and business requirements in the context of the technical landscape; while evaluating the effectiveness and adequacy of existing/proposed solutions.
Designers possesses the skills required to collect, reflect and take action on feedback from stakeholder interactions, design validation sessions and playbacks.
Designers are able to support their design decisions with qualified rationale. Designers are iterative and are able to evolve designs with direction from others to explore possible solutions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Candidates should be able to demonstrate storytelling and end to end thinking at sketch / concept level.
Have an understanding of User Experience and be able to design against user flows and architecture.
Experience creating and managing brand libraries and visual guidelines ideally across a large organization.
Proficiency with Invision, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and all related business and design tools
Exposure to and understanding of a variety of design, project management, and development processes and methodologies including agile development methods.
Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
Demonstrable ability to work confidently with Program Management, Development, Product Planning, Brand, Marketing and Research
Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements that shape current and future products.
