The Offering Leader will have responsibility for developing and driving the strategic plan and business case for our Payer analytic solutions to meet market demands and support business growth. Will be responsible for the definition and development of our next generation analytic solutions as defined by market research, competitive analytics and client input. Key responsibilities include:
Provides leadership and strategic direction for product strategy, development and delivery to ensure product revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Develops key project deliverables such as product strategy, investment plans/business cases and roadmaps
Provides management leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring product releases
Identify market problems - capture "Voice of the Customer" for use in innovation strategy and planning future solution enhancements
Works collaboratively with analytic consulting, development and other stakeholders to make scope, timing, resource tradeoffs for the solution
Reviews and resolves product issues not resolved at lower levels.
Effectively communicates with and develops/maintains excellent working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure product capabilities, status and strategic direction is shared and product-related interests are met, including presenting across multiple levels internally and externally.
Evaluate buy/build/partner opportunities for extending our solutions
Engage regularly with key clients, prospects and partners to provide our product vision and roadmap in the context of securing new business, getting product feedback and maintaining strong positive client relationships.
Facilitate the continuum of product release activities to ensure a successful launch. This includes requirements, communications, pricing model, contracts, release notes, operational guides, user materials, marketing materials, sales enablement, product demos, acceptance testing and all defect management/resolution activities.
Work with development, quality assurance, and other teams to execute on requirements to support product releases and ongoing maintenance.
Work with implementation and ongoing client teams to support product-related questions and attend status meetings as required by these teams
Effectively communicate and deliver presentations across multiple levels within the organization

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8 years of strong knowledge of employer and health plan healthcare market
8 years experience with healthcare analytics solutions and business intelligence tools
8 years knowledge of software product development life cycle methodologies.
8 years of relevant experience in product management, business intelligence or healthcare analytics or equivalent experience
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
5 years experience with healthcare claims data, electronic health record data or hospital information systems a plus.
5 years experience with Aha, Rally, or other software for managing requirements and user stories desired.
years experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos, Tableau, Qlik or other tools.
