The Delivery Manager will report to Manager, Delivery. The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall success of implementing IBM’s patient engagement, performance management, and care management solutions throughout the United States and abroad. The Delivery Manager must be knowledgeable in all aspects of software implementation in a healthcare environment.
Successfully lead client implementation projects ensuring that timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded;
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with sales lead;
Perform due diligence to gain a thorough understanding of client’s organization and workflow;
Establish project scope and timelines working in coordination with client and internal services teams
Lead implementation workshops, normally on-site with the client;
Conduct client discovery sessions aimed at understanding key staff workflows based on the client’s objectives (MACRA, PCMH, MSSP ACO, shared savings programs, cost savings/revenue-generating initiatives);
Demonstrate strong competency across the product suite and in providing best practice configuration recommendations;
Determine client configuration requirements and guide client toward best practices;
Identify and address delivery risks and related mitigations;
Partner with Data Integration to insure all client requirements can be met;
Analyze PM/EMR/claims data according to established processes to guarantee appropriate product configuration and data quality; and
Identify potential scope expansions and work with contracting group to provide timely and accurate estimations of effort
Coordinate client training and lead account transfer to Account Executive after successful implementation.
Support the development of tools, processes, and procedures that radically reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects.
Travel of 25-35% is expected.
