Job Description

ECM(Enterprise Content Management) AP Support team was founded in 2006, and is fully in charge of the whole AP support workload across all the Content portfolio(a crown jewel of the IBM Automation) and a part of Workflow portfolio(including IBM Case Manager).

Job Description

The position is to ensure that we have satisfied customers who succeeds in using ECM product

  1. Partner with customers(remotely) to investigate and resolve customers' technical issues with the effort includes(but not limited to) duplication of the issues in house, analyzing logs to find the root cause, and coming up with solutions to meet the customers' requirement.

  2. Work independently is as important as collaborating with various internal resources including development team, LBS, sale/account team and so on.

  3. Develop customer-focused, value-driven content(technotes, videos, technical sessions) through various channel(including social channels) to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Skills Required

Techincal skills

-Good knowledge and experience in Windows and Linux, familiar with administration tools, commands and being to install enterprise software under the guidance of instructions.

-Good at SQL language, proficient in DB2, Oracle or SQL Server is a PLUS.

-Good at Java language, having hands-on experience with application server like Websphere is a PLUS.

-Familiar with Docker and Kubernates is a PLUS

Softskills

-Good communication skills in both English(speaking and writing) and Chinese as well as interpersonal skills.

-Fond of helping people resolve technical issues, and being a controller who are interested in driving and leading the troubleshooting process through from beginning to the end.

-Quick learner
