IBM Strategy Consultant in Beijing, China

Job Description

Rosponsibility

  1. Provide professional and business leadership for Talent Reinvention practice under Digital Strategy service line in Great China Group, generating USD5m to 6m a year in strategy signing and revenue

  2. Quickly grow the Talent Reinvention practice capability, am to grow the team to 30+ practitioners by end of 2018

  3. Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation at the strategic level. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.

  4. Identify the enterprise needs of our clients and craft a compelling value proposition that describes the approach, the client value

  5. Identify new opportunities and manage relationships with current client Executive to drive new business.

  6. Perform Coaching at the team and executive level

  7. Ensure the Digital Reinvention practice focuses on IBM's priority clients and on projects generating downstream opportunities for IBM

  8. Work actively with the Global and GCG Digital Strategy practice, as well as other service line to leverage global experience, methods and community to provide IBM client end to end digital transformation service.

Requirement

  1. At least 10 years experience of business strategy or/and HR consulting experience

  2. Experience of building and leading a strategic HR consulting practice or team

  3. Experience of developing running a service business of USD5 to 6m a year

  4. Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation at the strategic level. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.

  5. Understanding of and insights into the impact of digital technologies / digital transformation

  6. Identify the enterprise needs of our clients and craft a compelling value proposition that describes the approach, the client value proposition and the unique value of IBM.

  7. Excellent communications skills orally and in writing, able to craft and deliver great presentations in English, Cantonese or Mandrin an advantage

  8. Personal eminence - a recognized subject matter expertise in their area including in social media

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Master's Degree strongly preferred

  • 3 years of experience working for a top HR/strategy consulting firm developing organization change and HR strategies for clients or equivalent experience
