IBM Sales Execution CoE Beijing Site Leader in BEIJING, China

Job Description

Lead a team of Sales Management Advisors to provide end to end seamless integrated support to our sales leaders at GCG, Japan and Korea, enabling them to achieve sale revenue, profit and growth objectives for IBM products, solutions and services through superior business analytics, sales pipeline management, revenue forecasting, weekly sales calls management, and acting as a focal point to provide advisory services on current business situations.

CoE resource management including h/c management and recruitment

Work with global CoE directors and Geo SMS leaders to ensure quality delivery to our supported stakeholders from Beijing SE CoE

Provide people management skill guidance to CoE managers at Beijing SE CoE Site

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
