IBM HR Service Administrator in BEIJING, China

Job Description

  • As the focal of GCG HR Service Center in South China to support various Projects and Initiatives for process

simplification/automation to increase employee's engagement and improve the employees experiences

  • support w3 updates for function teams of Service Center (Payroll/EDM/T&E, etc.)

  • Monthly IIT payment/yearly IIT refund settlement/ governmental recording & checking, etc.

  • Handle various payroll and taxation enquiries from resignee, employee & HRP, etc.

  • Support separation related cases, etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  1. Fluent in English both in Writing and Verbal Communication

  2. Attention to details;

  3. Strong ownership, proactive and smart thinking and result driven attitude.
