Solid Understanding of User Research methodologies and experience.
Understanding of Design Thinking and user-centered design and other UX design methodology and practices.
Decision-Making Skills: Making the right decisions for our Clients and IBM given fixed timelines and being able to deliver under pressure.
Creativity skills: Being able to invent new ideas for our Clients in different sectors and industries, also to recognize fresh approaches in the fast moving digital space.
Management Skills: Having the ability to keep the creatives/team on schedule, and manage their own time.
