Job Description

IBM is seeking a Hybrid Cloud Client Technical Engagement (CTE) Practice Manager for our Thailand location.

Our mission is to drive successful adoption of an IBM Cloud experience that enables clients to transform their business.

The CTE is an “Innovation and Transformation” consultancy & is a core part of IBM’s cloud strategy. Our design first organization applies IBM Cloud Garage Methodology , IBM Design Thinking, Agile and Minimum Viable Product Deliverable approach to help our clients, large and small, deliver amazing experiences to their customers by helping them to successfully adopt the IBM Cloud in their Cloud Transformation Journey.

As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for:

-Financial P&L for their segment/territory.

-Holds overall accountability for all technical delivery aspects for projects within portfolio.

-Work with PMO on managing the utilization reports, billing .

-Work also as a Focal Point to work closely with HybridCloud Sales Manager to collaborate & attach services Opportunity for the successful adoption of the IBM HybridCloud Software

-Developing Business and Managing Client Relationships

-Building the Delivery Capacity and Developing the Consultant , Architects, Developers, Project Managers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 3 years' experience running Profit and Loss for a services organization, or equivalent

• At least 3 years' experience managing people

• Proven ability as a top performer with a history of achieving high performance ratings

• Ability to demonstrate operational structure and skills

• At least 3 years Experience in the Project Management /Project Delivery

• Demonstrated success with organizational & culture team building skills

• Effective written & verbal communication skills
