Who you are :

We’re looking for someone with a proven background in Windows systems administration, preferably with Bigfix experience.

Responsibilities will include design, implementation, and administration of various tasks and projects.

Daily tasks will range from Windows/BigFix Server administration, automating tasks with Powershell, Active Directory /GPO administration, and general system administration tasks.

You will make sure all the machinery is running smoothly and our customers are receiving the quality of service they’ve come to expect.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, exciting and globally distributed environment, monitoring, maintaining, optimizing and improving our systems while working with a seasoned group of intelligent engineers and developers from around the world.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5 years of hands on experience with building servers, installing and patching Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012 operating systems and supporting production applications in a 24x7 environment

  • Proven experience in infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, PKI, and firewalls

  • Proven background in windows-specific services including Active Directory, and GPOs,

  • Sound understanding of operational processes coupled with proven business and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, while ensuring that commitments and timetables are met

  • Professional and diplomatic communication,

  • Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders to design operational solutions

  • Goal oriented, forward thinker that can provide solutions for complex technical problems

  • Ensure the availability, scalability and performance of the Windows environment.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Knowledge and Experience In…

  • Powershell DSC, WSUS

  • Deploy and mange BigFix Enterprise Server, Relay server

  • NAS/iSCSI/NFS storage

  • ESXi/VMWare administration
