IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) helps clients plan, implement and manage an efficient, resilient, flexible IT infrastructure. Who you are :-
• You will be working as Lotus Domino V7, 8, 8.5.x administrator.
• The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Satisfaction through SLA & Process Compliance.
What you’ll do:
You will do Backup –Veritas, IBM Tivoli, NTBackup, Lotus Domino Administration, Antivirus –Trend, Symantec, Mcafee, Email Archiving software.
You will work with other Middleware teams during application server related problems/changes
The emphasis would be on skills like Proactive Metrics and Improvement
Monitoring proactive server alerts and sensitize them and resolve it.
Customer/Vendor interaction & co-ordinations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
4+ years of experience in Lotus Domino
Provide desktop and server support for computer hardware and software experience with Lotus Domino ND6/ ND7 / ND8 Server and ND6 / ND7 / ND8 Notes Client
Experience with server clustering, troubleshooting and replication
Proven Experience in troubleshooting, integration, and migration of Domino
Knowledge in monitoring, metrics and best practices in a complex Domino server and client environment
Experience with Domino HTTP, SMTP, Clustering, Disaster Recovery, LDAP, Sametime
Experience with network architectures and hardware platforms
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Knowledge on AIX/zLinux/DB2 Server Administration,
MQ Server Administration
