What you’ll do :
This role focuses on automating the manual IAM tasks using standard tools.
This role is a IAM Automation specialist qualified to perform multiple roles related to the delivery of Identity and access management automation tools services to IBM, and Client.
Responsibilities include Requirement gathering, Designing the solution, Development, Testing, Implementation / Deployment of the solution, installation of IAM tools, integration with services.
IAM tools customization, generation of reports from IAM tools, workflow and policies, authentication / authorization and SSO federation integration, applying security policies, compliance process and security regulations, privileged identity (shared id) management, Maintenance of the tools, and support.
Their sphere of responsibility may range from a single client account to multiple clients.
They provide subject matter expertise in specific areas such as logical identity and access management, logical security, IAM tools (ISIM, ISAM, IGI, PIM, UAT, MFIM, Siteminder, Control minder, Centrify, Cyberark etc.), audit readiness and compliance How we’ll help you grow:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8+ years of experience in Siteminder
Install and upgrade of Siteminder policy servers and enabling it with Single Sign On.
Upgrading Policy server and WebAgents from 6.0 SP5 to 12.5 Version.
Configuration of Federation with SAML 1.1, 2.0, WS-federation in SiteMinder 6.0 and 12.5 versions.
Installation, configuration and support of LDAP and Web Servers (IIS, Domino, and Apache).
Integration of new applications into Siteminder infrastructure & maintaining/optimizing existing applications.
Installing and configuring the web/application server and deploying web agents to integrate with Siteminder.
Oversight of breaking points in the infrastructure, create and implement proactive plans to address issues.
Work with customer IT and business teams to plan capacity addition requirements and progressively improve stability of SSO service.
Interact with business teams and understand application integration requirements.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Working experience in UNIX LDAP and knowledge of Windows Active Directory & Windows IIS servers will be an added advantage.
Technical programming background (J2EE, C++, JAVA, XML, PERL, etc.) is an added advantage
Should have a strong process orientation (ITIL certification is an advantage) and able to work in highly regulated environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills coupled with excellent communication skills and ability to technically lead service restoration calls.
Agreeable to flexible working hours and call rotation across US/Asia/EMEA time zone
