We have an exciting opportunity for a Virtual Agent specialist to join our fast growing AI & Advanced Analytics Practice.
In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining a detailed understanding of how IBM's clients - including very large organisations - engage with their customers. You will then use the latest Cognitive, AI and Analytics technologies (including Watson Assistant) to build virtual agents for automated customer service and applications to assist contact centre agents to answer customer enquiries quickly and accurately.
This is a client facing position that requires high levels of collaboration and communication to understand the nature of typical customer service interactions, and then define and implement both engaging but also scalable and robust automated conversational interactions.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that the deployed virtual agents work well in production (as measured by improvement in net promoter score surveys) but also evolve to address the changing needs of the organisation and their customers.
The role will be responsible for a wide range of discovery and design activities to ensure customer enquiries can be answered from content or from enterprise systems.
• At least 1 years experience in at least two areas out of: human language, cognition, mathematics, computer programming, solving complex problems, machine learning, artificial intelligence
• Readiness to travel up to 50% annually
• At least 3 years experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications or the Contact Center industry
• At least 1 year experience in software development
• At least 3 years experience in natural language processing
