As an IBM Business Partner Marketing Program Manager you will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing PartnerWorld Marketing Program Management activities for IBM Business Partners. These activities will include creation and execution of key enablement assets, documentation and analysis of marketing communication performance, analysis of excel file revenue and subscription reports, cadenced communication and management of worldwide marketing and sales leaders and their localized campaigns, and management of agency/vendor relationships.


  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to budget

  • Advise and lead projects to achieve program objectives

  • Ability to analyze performance data and competitive insights to improve performance.

  • Proactive, self-directed, embraces challenge

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

  • Strong communications skills: writing, speaking, organization

  • Ability to understand the business strategy and align marketing execution plan to achieve business goals

This role is located in IBM offices in Austin, TX.

Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
