What You’ll Do

Adapt and optimize globally and locally created campaigns and content to be delivered via web/digital and other appropriate portals to enable partner readiness and go-to-market activities.

Participate in the formulation of business partner first campaign development that help them deliver targeted, personalized and compelling experiences and journeys that drive incremental pipe and wins.

Define digital personalization, customization, targeting, and multi-variate testing strategies and instrumentation for continuous campaign optimization.

Project manage the campaign through the process:

  • Develop the brief

  • Define the campaign KPIs and tactics to achieve desired outcomes

  • Agency review and selection as well as managing the purchasing process

  • Deliver omni-channel reporting requirements and oversee the creation of the reporting through marketing platforms and tools.

  • Provide guidance through campaign execution (making mid-course corrections as needed)

  • Provide consultation and training to partners in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns including social and digital marketing best practices.

  • You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience.

  • You have an understanding digital marketing technologies and data platforms

  • You are a great communicator, a strong team player, who possesses professional, positive attitude and a strong motivation for personal development.

  • You have experience in Agile marketing

  • You have experience working in a matrixed environment, across business teams & stakeholders

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree + digital marketing experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience.

  • You have an understanding digital marketing technologies and data platforms

  • You are a great communicator, a strong team player, who possesses professional, positive attitude and a strong motivation for personal development.

  • You have experience in Agile marketing

  • You have experience working in a matrixed environment, across business teams & stakeholders

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree + digital marketing experience.
