Salesforce Practice Leader

We are Bluewolf, an IBM company. We help organizations come up with simple solutions to their customer experience problems through customization across the entire Salesforce platform. We’re experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to add a sharp Practice Lead to our dynamic Pack. Our Practice Lead enables and delivers powerful business outcomes and customer engagement moments across multiple services teams and will be responsible for the following:

  • Build, develop, mentor and manage a high-performing team with a strong focus on employee engagement in a thriving, growing industry

  • Drive ongoing development of new clients

  • Regularly connect with customer leaders in ongoing partnerships to ensure quality of services

  • Develop and articulate business outcome roadmaps that result in ongoing improvement

  • Analyze pricing and delivery options to advise the Managing Partner on business considerations and impact of different options

  • Manage to key performance indicators for delivery, revenue and margin

  • Monitor long-term partnerships and renewals of annual service agreements

  • Be a hands-on leader forming part of the delivery of key client engagements

Candidates who wish to be considered for this vital Delivery Director role should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in area(s) related to business and/or technology

  • 5 - 10 years in a related role within the Professional Services and/or Consulting industry

  • Strong delivery and implementation background

  • High level of initiative and energy with demonstrated ability to generate results

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for cohesive and transparent communications with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Effective negotiation skills

  • Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment and decision making abilities
