We are on the hunt for a Product Owner Coach to join our Auckland team, to manage our stakeholder transformation.

What I will be doing?

  • Catalyst for change

  • Articulate what we do to new clients and lead that development in iX

  • Use your creative flare to churn through many ideas at the same time

  • Help champion the voice of the user in the product development, looking to drive behaviour through satisfying needs

  • Utilise your entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to produce high quality results

  • Discussing technical and design requirements with ease

What skills do I need?

  • Strong stakeholder relationship

  • Ability to develop trust quickly

  • Solid verbal and written communication

  • Persuasive

  • Resilient

  • Tenacious

  • Knowledge about Agile practises

  • Coaching and mentoring team members

  • Takes a hands-on approach

What experience do I need?

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner/Manager

  • TelCo experience (advantageous)

  • Ability to see the long-term strategy as well as the steps required to get to deliverables
