Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of 3 months of IBM internship experience (or similar internship), with a good understanding of IBM's strategy and CIO organization's goals
Minimum of 3 months experience using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
Minimum of 3 months experience working with leaders of design teams
Minimum of 3 months experience writing user stories and requirements documents using analytical skills
Minimum of 3 months experience with User Experience (UX) design
Minimum of 1 year experience using problem solving skills such as: Analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives.
Ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills
Ability to draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties
Ability to challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
