This position is an internal Senior Strategy Consultant Intern role with the Chief Analytics Office. You will work alongside consultants, managers, and data scientists to enhance business performance through analytics and data science focused initiatives. Your responsibilities include diving into business problems, formulating and testing hypothesis using quantitative analysis and delivering insights that drive business impact. You are passionate about using data to solve business problems. You are a creative thinker and an influential leader trusted to provide actionable recommendations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • BA/BS or MS in Economics, Business, Data Science or STEM related field

  • Strategy consulting and project management experience

  • Ability to develop, analyze and research business problems

  • Ability to simply and succinctly summarize complex analyses

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong desire to collaborate with others within and outside your team

  • Knowledge in quantitative data analysis and statistical modeling

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Master of Business Administration or 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Statistical modeling through software or programming language (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, Stata)

  • Familiarity with machine learning, prescriptive or predictive modeling
