This is a select, three-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders for IBM’s Finance organization. Participants are given diverse experiences and expected to deliver results and make a direct impact on IBM’s performance. Post program roles are determined based on performance in the program and in conjunction with the guidance of the executive sponsor.
The Finance Leadership Development Program includes at least 40 hours of training annually and access to IBM’s world class Leadership Academy to build financial acumen and develop transformational leadership capabilities. Through individually tailored job rotations, participants gain knowledge of key financial processes and systems, develop a deep understanding of IBM’s strategy and financial model, and acquire skills to succeed as a leader in IBM.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
· MBA Degree
· At least 3 years relevant work experience
· Experience with quantitative analysis and predictive models
