We’re currently looking for a SAP Finance Functional Lead who excel at delivering best-of-breed SAP focused solutions to clients. As a member of our SAP team you will get the chance to participate in new and existing implementations, developed with the latest technology and tools including S/4 HANA.

This position requires leads who can demonstrate a proven track record of SAP delivery and combine this with strong consulting experience. You will be in charge of producing robust Functional and Process designs for SAP Finance based solutions in the O&G sector. We are looking for a professional with IT consulting experience, including gathering requirements, translating those into a functional design and implementing it.

Requirements:

Education: BS Engineering or Equivalent

Experience in Business Process Analysis & Re-engineering, Business/Solution Architecture, 15+ years of implementation experience. Real hands on experience of implementing

Experience in Business Process Analysis & Re-engineering, Business/Solution Architecture, 15+ years of implementation experience. Real hands on experience of implementing SAP IS Oil solution for oil companies with in depth functional knowledge of processes related to oil industry. Hands on experience in configurations, Integration, Support & Maintenance (as Project team member, Lead Consultant, Subject matter expert, etc.).

SAP IS Oil Module ECC Roll outs, Upgrades & Support (ECC Versions & S/4 HANA)

SAP IS Oil downstream modules (TSW, TD, MAP, HPM, EXG and SSR) experience including SD and MM Implementation. The resource should have extensive experience in the following business processes:

  1. Contract management (Sales and Purchase)

  2. Inventory planning

  3. Primary distribution

  4. Secondary distribution

  5. Retail

  6. Billing

  7. Oil pricing and its variations.

  8. Stock reconciliation

  9. Strong integration experience.

PMP, PRINCE2, Six Stigma etc.

Experience in Business Process Change Management, Project/Users Training Management, Stakeholder Management

SAP AG Certifications (Consulting, HANA Migration / Implementation, Solution Manager etc.)

Training delivery to Project Team, Super Users, End Users

Document preparation experience (Project Plan, Business Blueprint, Configuration, Transactions, Training etc.)

Experience in managing quality of Project Deliverables

Experience in assessing and mitigating project risks

Experience in managing project resources in optimal manner

Experience in communication management across all levels
