The ideal Executive Support candidate will provide onsite executive support to the clients FM directorates. Support includes filing; compliant data storage; preparation of slides, spreadsheets, reports and schedules as required to fulfill the FM mission. Support also includes organizing, scheduling, attendance and logistical preparations for meetings and training events; tracking, monitoring, and maintaining FM customer workflow boxes and Task Management Tool (TMT) programs; and preparation of in-processing and on-boarding documents for FM military and civilian personnel. Position is located at client site in Arlington, Virginia.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 1+ year of executive and administrative support experience

  • 1+ years knowledge of Task Management Tool (TMT) and Headquarters Air Force Workflow processes

  • 1+ year of experience working with senior-level Department of Defense clients in a front office environment

  • Active DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • 2+ years of knowledge of Air Force corporate structure

  • 3+ years of executive and administrative support experience

  • 2+ years of knowledge of Task Management Tool (TMT) and Headquarters Air Force Workflow processes

  • 2+ years of experience working with senior-level Department of Defense clients in a front office environment

  • 2+ years of experience planning, scheduling, coordinating meetings and training events

  • 1+ years of knowledge of Air Force file and data storage policies and regulations
