We are creating a Cloud Migration Factory across our Infrastructure Services portfolio to manage all our cloud and non-cloud migrations in one global team using repeatable methods, processes and tools that can be leveraged to support our clients in their transformational migration journey to the cloud. Our capabilities support the entire cloud adoption journey with an emphasis on ‘Migrate to Cloud’.

Create an end to end migration solution and take responsibility for overall Cost, Solution Quality and Deliverability, working closely with ourT&T, Account teams and other Service Lines to ensure all related aspects of the T&T solution are solutioned by the relevant parties and that there are no gaps in IBM scope against Customer requirements. Explaining solution, risks and reasoning for costs and mitigate business and delivery risk within the solution

Key Skills/Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of major server and storage architectures (hardware, software and operating systems)

  • Proven track record in technical sales in the area of DC services (particularly DC migration but also managed server and storage services, DC virtualisation etc)

  • Pre-sales / bid-team experience including creation of cost models, SOWs, response to RFI/RFP etc.

  • Experience of DC architecture design and implementation

  • Delivering against challenging time frames either alone, or as part of a team

  • Language Requirements: English and Dutch fluentCMFIBM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experienced across a wide variety of vendor technologies

  • Cloud & virtualisation

  • IBM solutioning tools - SAGE / SDM experience

  • Standards - ITIL, ISO 27002, etc
