IBM Operations Manager for Client Innovation Centre (CIC) in ZAGREB, Croatia

  • Interface to CIC structures in Zagreb, responsible for overall health of the center- Driving CIC Growth with guidance of Zagreb CIC transformation lead.- Local lead for handling escalations.- Facilitator of MVS growth by working closely with MVS Sales and Delivery to promote CIC- Work with RESO, IGA, HR,Finance etc internal IBM functions to ensure CIC local needs are addressed- Ensure consistency in CIC processes and policies, fostering fairness and transparency- Manager of CIC local operations staff and card holding operative first line managers- Work closely with TSS Executives (both on-site and remote) to provide updates / address issues-Work with external functions (e.g Ministry of Economy) to ensure IBM refund Government Incentive program, coming from CIC activities, and coordinate those activities with IBM Finance and HR team - Reporting to TSS CIC Lead Sofia in Global relations
