Security Policy Management (SPM) team's main role is to prepare Security Documentation for customer's each platform (Operating Systems & Applications) basing on commonly available IBM templates and customer specific requirements. This applies to creation of new documentation for new customers and periodic uplift to newest templates of existing documentation.Main responsibilities: * Coordination of work for the team of 7-9 people* Dispatching of long term and ad-hoc tasks to the team* Managing of team's common mailbox* Hosting the teleconferences for the stakeholders* Tracking of ongoing revalidations and ad-hoc tasks* Investigation and remediation to delays in process milestones* Active participation in escalations* Reporting tasks* Daily interlock with team members* Active participation in continual improvement* Management of team's documentation and Work InstructionsRequirements:* Good communication skills* Very good spoken and written usage of English* Proper time management for yourself and the team members* Resistance to stress* Basic IT Security knowledge* Basic technical knowledge of Operating Systems & Applications as an advantage Additional benefits:
