Wroclaw Client Innovation Center is seeking a candidate for the role of Dispatcher who will be responsible for analyzing all incoming tasks and assigning them to appropriate resources while ensuring that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. In this role, you will transfer work and projects from our client to groups and individuals and provide proper follow-up to ensure the work is completed on time and in accordance with the existing process. You will ensure that technicians perform the assigned tasks necessary to maintain normal client operations, implementation of software, applications and improvements within the scope of the technical area of the process.
