Main responsibilities:This role is responsible for operations management. This could include data gathering, validation, consolidation, tracking, reporting, controlling and general business management support for information and reports. One of key point in role is tracking of cost & recoveries as well as perform prognosis for cost recovery position in future period. Additional tasks might require management of business processes including quality assurance, business controls, procedures and plan administration. Business Operations Specialists administer various databases and manage each of them to optimization. They are measured on customer satisfaction and satisfactory audits.Candidate for this position should have the following skills: - excellent analytical skills- organizational skills- good communication skills- proficient with MS Excel & Power Point- ability to work independently as well as in a team- technical writing capability with attention to detail- strong work ethic- pro-active role in identifying cost out opportunitiesNice to have skills: - knowledge of VBA and/or QMFPreferred English : Fluent We are offering:
