Training Developer/Instructor Developer works with the rest of the Design/Build team to: *Identify, develop, tailor, deploy, and provide training to the client *Plan, develop, and assist in the implementation of eCommerce product training programs for the client, including Train-The-Trainer (TTT) items *Prepare lesson plans and training materials *Design product demonstrations *Develop course content *Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations *Ensure that new releases are initiated and implemented into production within the terms of the contract, inclusive of any work needing to be addressed. The role also focuses on the defined transition period. In transition it helps ensure the orderly managed transfer of responsibilities from the Design/Build organization to the Operate/Maintain organization utilizing established Transition methodologies, activities and work products.Should Transformation support be required, the role helps the team achieve a higher level of maturity by educating team members and other users on the applications they need to use.2252

  • 5 years of experience in the development and delivery of training for end users, staff and other stakeholders for enterprise class systems initiatives.

  • Basic knowledge of organizing and operating a training delivery program with client collaboration, and for a geographically dispersed set of participants.

  • Basic knowledge identifying, developing, tailoring, deploying and providing training on relevant process assets.

  • Basic knowledge working as part of Design/Build teams implementing applications for an effective Customer Experience in keeping with the vision expressed by clients for their applications.

  • Basic knowledge of Articulate Studio 13; Adobe Captivate 7; Adobe Acrobat XI Standard; TechSmith SnagIT

  • Basic knowledge of IBM's virtualized environments for supply chain management (SCMIS) consisting of: Linux, WebSphere Commerce, Sterling OMS and OMS B2B Integrator, Emptoris suite products, IBM Integration Bus, DB2, etc
