Global Business Service部門では、Strategyやinteractive Experience, Cognitiveのエリアを中心に、オファリング・ソリューション立案及びビジネス展開の実施、新規顧客開拓を実施いただけるアソシエイトパートナーを募集しています。Roles & Responsibilities:· Identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development of solutions, and to provide strong assistance to IBM in the winning of that business· When not participating in new business development or bid and proposal activity, is expected to support and lead billable client activities within area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution Area, or Community activities· Win client trust and confidence leading to the acceptance of new proposals in a manner that supports and reinforces business objectives· Establish trusted long-term relationships with clients based on mutual respect through ability to articulate solutions as well as developing strong and trusted relationships with other areas of IBM used in the delivery of complex services· Plan and conduct complex negotiations as part of services delivery reaching lasting agreements and commitments· Understand large and complex services engagements in area of expertise, with a demonstrated expert knowledge of the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve business problems in the client's industry· Grow intellectual capital within practice area and support the development of other consultants through participation in mentoring or coaching activities· Facilitate and make decisions regarding services delivery within area of practice including but not limited to conflict resolution, selection of the appropriate hypotheses, development of conclusions, intellectual capital, and testing for financial viability
Requirements:· Proven experience and knowledge developing new business opportunities, leading to client acceptance of IBM terms and conditions for services delivery· Ability to use knowledge gained from previous engagements, knowledge of the market / industry, and own research to develop creative hypotheses and formulate conclusions· Ability to analyze marketplace trends and economics to develop future strategies forIBM and client organizations· Sales skills for selling and delivering large projects· End-to-end delivery experience of large, complex transformational engagements· Leading-edge industry insights; high profile external reputation· Business Transformation consulting and project management experience
