Examples of major projects taking place are total cost redesign and resource usage across all branches to maintain and lower costs. There are to be some overall $1B in development investment allocated to the major Japanese backs to transform business services methods. These include use of mobile devices and customized applications for these, newly emerging methods for implementing cognitive analytics / Watson in operational functions such as call centers and transactions processing, applications for managing risk and compliance issues, and innovative ways of service for corporate and individual clients. 職務内容 Main Work Content ミッション（募集の背景）Drivers for recruiting this roleIBM FS Consulting is in unique position to service Japanese mega-banks as interest in business improvements and other service model enhancements are coming from diverse internal business leaders in sales, operations etc, not only IT, as was so in past. Large technical shifts going on and IBM is driving this. 具体的な仕事内容 Specifics of Work, Major Tasks to Accomplish The Mega-Bank FS Partner will be accountable for driving the IBM services account comprehensively across all LOBs of the financial institution, including corporate and investment banking, global markets, trust banking, transaction banking, and transaction services. Partner for this, as compared to the related Associate Partner roles, differentiates in the Partner's capacity to drive work across all the LOBs of the financial institution. 求める人物像 Profile of Suitable Candidate Person almost certainly must have or still holds a leadership position in banking/FS services at one of the major consulting firms. Has developed relationships with leadership in any or all of the 3 Japanese mega-banks. Possesses flexible and innovative mentality.
Needs IT business capability for each respective LOB leader, wide ranging knowledge of banking technologies and business processes, capacity to expand professional service relation beyond confined IT and into other leadership domains. knowledge of banking service IT, and strong global perspective, large scale IT implementation history within the banking sector. English language required.
